Trial Experienced Criminal Attorney
When seeking out the best criminal defense attorney to represent you, always consider their trial experience. Some attorneys are only willing to resolve your case in the form of a settlement or plea agreement with the State. This creates a big problem if you run into an young or ardent prosecuting lawyer who is unwilling to negotiate an agreeable solution or who may be convinced of your guilt. In these cases, you will need a tough criminal defense attorney who is willing to go to battle for you and who is not afraid to take your case all the way to trial.
Don Hendry and Kris Parker have collectively tried over 100 jury trials to verdict. The two have become experienced DUI attorneys as many of these trials have been in the complex area of DUI law. This kind of experience can not be purchased, learned in law school, or obtained quickly. It gives our attorneys leverage in negotiating with the State because they know we are not bluffing when we set a case to trial. The law dictates that the State has the burden of proving its case beyond any and all reasonable doubt, and Hendry & Parker are not afraid to hold the State to meeting that very heavy burden of proof. Regardless of the severity of your charges, ask your attorney how many trials they have tried and when the last time they were in trial.
"People are often surprised at how easy it is to get in touch with us. All trial attorneys are busy, but we know the importance of being accessible, so we find the time to communicate with our clients."
